The filtration efficiency of kn95 class mask can reach more than 95% for particles with aerodynamic diameter ≥0.3µm. The aerodynamic diameters of airborne bacterial and fungal spores vary mainly between 0.7 and 10µm and are also within their protective range.

Therefore, this type of respirator can be used for the respiratory protection of certain particles, such as the dust generated by grinding, cleaning and processing of minerals, flour and some other materials, as well as the liquid or non-oil particles produced by spraying that do not produce harmful volatile gases.

Effectively filters and decontaminates odors breathed (except toxic gases), helps reduce exposure to certain microbiological particles (such as mold, anthrax, mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.), but does not eliminate the risk of contact infection, illness or death.

Precautions for use

1. Wash hands before wearing the mask, or avoid touching the inner side of the mask with your hands during the process of wearing the mask to reduce the possibility of contamination of the mask. Distinguish the inside and outside of the mask, the upper and lower.
2. Do not squeeze the mask with your hands. N95 mask can only isolate the virus on the surface of the mask.
3. Try to make the mask and face have a good close. A simple test: After wearing the mask, exhale hard so that air cannot leak through the edges of the mask.

Product Material

This product consists of mask body, nose clip and mask belt.  The outer layer and inner layer of the mask are non-woven fabric, and the interlayer is fused non-woven fabric.  The mouth strap is polyester elastic belt: the nose clip is made of metal aluminum strip.
