Functions
1. The back is inclined at 70±5°, the leg is inclined at 35±5°, and the overall load-bearing weight of the bed is ≥240kg.
2. The back bed surface adopts a double support structure formed by stamping and forming of V-shaped 3.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, which strengthens the bearing capacity of the back bed board while evenly distributing the pressure. The removable force is 85% on the bed beam, and the rocker has a small force, which prolongs the service life of the screw rod and the hospital bed. At the same time, it is easier and more flexible when shaking.
3. European-style PP material can lift up and down 4 pieces of guardrails, and there is a switch that can control up and down on the rotating handle. The guardrail is equipped with a buffer mechanism, which reduces the noise and the damage rate of the guardrail while gently descending and shrinking, which is convenient for clinical operation.
4. Two sets of rockers are equipped to control the folding of the back bed board and the leg bed board respectively. The handle is made of high-quality ABS reinforced plastic material, with a hidden design, and a posture lift logo is pasted to make the operation clear at a glance. The screw is made of high-strength high-quality 45# steel, high supporting force, built-in die steel nut, silent, wear-resistant, compression-resistant, and long life. Equipped with two-way in-place unlimited protection device, the screw is equipped with ABS dust protection device, which enhances the service life and safety performance, and is easy to operate.
5. High-quality cold-rolled board, hydraulic punching and spraying bed board, strong, good air permeability. A quilt block is installed at the end of the bed board to prevent the mattress from sliding and shifting when the back board is raised and lowered.
6. There are 4 drip holder holes on both sides of the bed frame, and 4 urine drainage bag hooks on both sides of the bottom of the bed frame.
7. Well-shaped underframe design, centrally controlled braking system, stable braking, simple and convenient operation, easy and flexible movement and positioning of the whole bed.
8. The overall distance between the bed surface and the ground is 500mm, which is convenient for clinical inspection operation and sanitation.
